Grooming Requirements & Policies
Vaccinations
At least 48 hours prior to your dog's arrival for any service at Happy Tails Pet Resort, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your dog is up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella and negative fecal screening.
Vaccination & Screening Requirements
Reservations
Advance reservations are required.
Grooming appointments are available Monday – Friday by appointment. Drop-off between 7am-9:30am and pick-up between 2pm-7pm. Boarding dogs are groomed the day before their scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy: Grooming appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.
