| • Most dogs will fall within the listed price ranges if they are groomed on a consistent schedule (every 4–8 weeks, depending on coat type). | |
| • Short hair dogs (eg. Boxer, Pit Bull, French Bulldog) typically would receive Full Service Baths and NOT Full Service Grooms that include clippers. If a shavedown is needed, please call resort for pricing details. | |
| • All of our Full Grooms base pricing considers breed's average weight, coat type, coat length, bathing, drying, and standard brushing time requirements. | |

| 1-week Training Refresher: (7nights/5 days of training) | $750 |
| Once your dog has completed one of our in-house training programs such as a Board and Train or Day Train, your dog is eligible to add on a 1-week refresher to their future boarding stays. The trainer will review with the client in advance the focus areas for training for their refresher program. A report card along with media will be sent throughout the dogs stay to update the parent on the continued progress. |

| Required Canine Vaccinations |
| At least one week prior to your dog's arrival, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your dog is up to date on Rabies, DAPP and Bordetella. Canine Influenza (CIV) is recommended. |
| Required Feline Vaccinations |
| At least one week prior to your cat's arrival, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your cat is up to date on Rabies & FVRCP |
| Food Policy |
| We encourage you to bring the food your pet eats at home to enjoy while they stay with us. Changing a pet’s food can cause stomach irritation and digestive issues, so we prefer to feed them the food they regularly eat. If necessary, our high-quality in-house food can be provided at the owner’s request for $5/day. |
| Medication Policy |
| We can administer oral or topical medications for your pet, but not injections. Prescription medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear written directions. Medications must be kept separate from foods. Special Handling Fees may apply for pets that have complex medication instructions. |
| Personal Belongings |
| Bring your pet’s food, treats and medication. We will provide the luxury beds, cozy bedding, bowls and toys. |
