New Services in 2020
Certainly, the dramatic decrease in business due to COVID-19 has been unprecedented, but the slow-down gave us some much-needed time to launch several new services, perform some remodeling projects and make some upgrades to our facility. So, we decided to make lemonade!
Dog Grooming
Our customers have been delighted with the addition of dog grooming services at Happy Tails this year. You can count on us to pamper your pet — just like being in a resort hotel — and you will love the results!

Online Reservation & Customer Data System
In June we went live with our new online reservation and customer data management system. This software provides greater efficiency and many time-saving functions for us, our customers and the pets in our care. It’s easy to navigate, it’s mobile device friendly, and our customers are loving it.
Here’s what you can do: Book reservations online & check availability; upload vaccination records; get an estimated total for cost of services; pay online; store payment information securely; access boarding & grooming schedule and history; access invoices and payment history; access pet photos taken during their stay; and integrate with Quicken. To make a reservation, simply go to our website and select “Request a Reservation.“
Dog Board & Train
Board & Train for dogs combines all-inclusive boarding accommodations and professional obedience school. Two levels of training are available: 10-day Basic Training and 21-day Advanced Training. Training is performed by our professional trainer with a disciplined but caring approach.
The program provides the consistency necessary to establish trust between owner and dog; reliable behavior on and off leash; and a stronger bond between owner and dog. Your dog will learn to be attentive and responsive and acquire basic obedience skills. Upon completion of the program, the owner receives a certificate and a 30-minute demonstration and training session with their dog and the trainer.
Our goal is to help your pet become the great companion they were meant to be. You will enjoy your pet even more when they are responsive and well-behaved. And your pet will be happier, too!
