We Love Texas Humane Heroes!
Texas Humane Heroes (TXHH) is a no-kill, nonprofit organization with adoption centers in Leander and Killeen. The organization rescues dogs (and cats, too!) from overcrowded shelters throughout Texas. In 2019, TXHH placed more than 3,000 dogs and cats in loving homes, rescued animals from 57 shelters in Texas, and spayed and neutered some 5,351 animals.
